I want to write on this blog a few times a week to let you know stuff that I’m excited about that you might like too! Not stuff to buy from my site but actually meals that I’ve made or found at restaurants that are healthy and delicious and also individual foods and supplements that get my vote. I hope this info will be helpful for you all as well! Without further ado…. My find for the day is Green giant cauliflower hash browns! Oh my gosh these are good ! My favorite way to prepare them is in the air fryer on 400 for 12 minutes. I make spicy no sugar added ketchup to dip them in and I add a pinch of Himalayan pink salt on them to get extra electrolytes and bring out their flavor! Try them and let me know what you think ! I find them in the frozen vegetable section at just about any grocery store.
