Are you a little bit tired of meat , eggs and cheese? Maybe even salads? I know I get sick of the same old things so it helps to keep trying new ones ! If you haven’t tried plant based burgers , you might be pleasantly surprised! I like to toast a keto burger bun and put tiny dill pickles , some mayomust, and some spicy ketchup along with cheese and bacon bits on my beyond or impossible burgers . I cook mine in the air fryer with no salt seasoning for 6 minutes on each side at 400 degrees. I like my food well done and on the crunchy side . If you like yours more medium just cook it for 4 or 5 minutes on each side! And you can pretty much go with whatever toppings you like ! Plant based burgers only have 5 to 6 net carbs and a few grams of fiber in each so when you add in a keto bun it is pretty filling. I had one with a fried egg as a breakfast sandwich and it was super good. Alright have a wonderful day ! ❤️
