I tried this - Hilo life spicy salsa chips

Today I tried these chips from Hilo life . They were $6 at stater bros and they had 3 flavors to choose from. Ranch, Nacho cheese or Spicy salsa . They are meant to be like corn chips like Doritos and as you know I’ve tried the quest version and they upset my stomach as all quest products unfortunately do but these are an almond flour chip that Hilo makes so I thought I might be ok stomach wise . I was right about them not upsetting my stomach and they give you a pretty good amount of chips (4 oz) . $1.50 per oz is pretty average for a keto snack and 4 oz doesn’t seem like much but I’ve already snacked on these twice and still have another portion . Not bad . The taste is a little odd and the texture is just ok. But I wasn’t expecting them to be exactly like corn chips so overall I’d give them 3 out of 5 stars . I had them in my beanless chili with some cheese on top and they were satisfying my need for some crunch. I will try the other two flavors eventually. Definitely gonna try ranch next and I will report back . 🤗
