oh how I wanted to like this rotini! My mom even made me stroganoff (which is my favorite) to go with the rotini but alas my dear ones , this low carb , high fiber pasta from thinslim foods is not so good 😢. I’d give it a 2.5 out of 10 points . Only the fact that I had stroganoff to offset the pasta’s unfortunate texture made it edible . So far I haven’t had much luck with thinslim foods but I will keep supporting them because I believe in what they are doing .
