Hey friends,
I tried these Wilde protein chips and they are delicious! However they are very thin so they do get broken easily and that makes for many broken chips in the bag that are pretty much too small to eat. So that’s a bummer considering they are pricey. As with most keto friendly food they are made with higher quality ingredients. In fact these chips are actually made from chicken and egg whites so definitively not vegan/vegetarian friendly but like I said above, they are delicious. I tried the Himalayan pink salt variety because I’m always looking to get my electrolytes and I dipped mine in a sour cream based veggie dip. Very tasty and satisfying snack. These were the closest to real chips that I’ve had since I started keto. They’ve got 10 g of protein and 6 g net carbs. I was a little surprised that they still have 6 carbs per serving . I’d recommend these for when you’ve been truly craving chips and just have to have the crunch but the price and the amount of broken chips in the bag probably make this not a very pragmatic purchase for your weekly grocery trip.
