Livin’ la vida low carb- 7/22/22

Hey friends, 

let’s kick off this weekend with one of my son’s favorite meals!  Antipasto! You can make a large batch of this and eat it for lunch all week . It’s just sliced up pepperoni, salami , cheeses (I like spicy cheese like pepper jack) and banana peppers , olives & Italian dressing. Let it all marinate then before you eat it , add some cheese wisps  for nice crunch! This salad is always satisfying and will keep you in ketosis as well! Here’s a photo of my son Dominick! He loves antipasto!
