Hey friends ,

If you miss bananas like I do you’ll like today’s recipe! It’s super easy . This is banana mousse with whipped cream and a couple slices of real fresh banana on top. Although we aren’t really able to eat whole bananas on a low carb plan (each one has 27 carbs) we can certainly have a couple of little slices a day, right?! Ok get your tub of sugar free cool whip ! Stir in your packet of sugar free instant banana cream pudding and then put the tub back in the fridge (or freezer if you want it firmer) and in an hour put a few dollops of your cool whip/pudding concoction in a dish. Top it with sugar free whipped cream and your banana slices. You can freeze the rest of the slices of banana in a baggie for future pudding mix ins or your next protein shake . This same recipe can be made as chocolate mousse with sugar free chocolate chips mixed in! It’s just trike the kind they had at Jason’s deli. Hope you guys enjoy this!
