Livin’ la vida low carb- 9/6/22

Hey friends ,

I have still been on my cauliflower fried rice kick but today I made curried chicken to go with it ! So today I will tell you how I make curry . To make my curry base or “sauce”  I use a can of coconut milk, a can (16 oz) of tomato sauce , a half a packet of curry seasoning , black pepper , 1/4 cup of soy sauce, garam masala seasoning , a dash of sweet chili sauce and a dash of peanut sauce , a bit of ginger and cumin and today since I was making curry chicken I used some poultry bouillon seasoning . I often use maracahaun ramen seasoning packets because they already have a nice blend of flavors and some green onion which is always good! If you are sensitive to sodium though you can use a salt free poultry seasoning. You should have a nice rich and spicy curry gravy now! Season it to taste from here ! If it’s not rich enough for you you can add more curry powder or a spicy curry blend if you have it! I’ve found several good curry blends at cost plus world market! Today I added two pounds of diced chicken to my curry base and simmered it and then added the chicken and curry recipe to my cauliflower fried rice (which I’ve given you the recipe for in previous blog posts here . ) I hope you enjoy this recipe 🤗
