Hey friends ,

Today is more of a short cut than a recipe. Let’s say your kid or significant other went to get a fast food breakfast . Well you mostly can’t eat that junk but what you can do is take their leftovers and make yourself a nice keto breakfast sandwich . This morning my daughter had one of those big breakfasts from McDonald’s. She ate the pancakes and the hash brown and a piece of bacon leaving me with the eggs , a piece of sausage and a piece of bacon. So I stacked the eggs and meats and added a slice of cheese to it in a small round metal baking pan and put that in the air fryer for a few minutes on 400 degrees while I toasted my keto bread. Once my toast popped up I buttered it then took my stack out of the air fryer , put some salt and pepper on the eggs and served myself a breakfast sandwich with a nice cup of coffee with sugar free peppermint mocha creamer. Perfect on a chilly morning! So easy and so good!
