LIVIN LA VIDA LOW CARB-Weekend snacks
You don’t have to feel deprived just because you are trying to limit sugar and carbs . I really try to make appetizing and exciting snacks and meals several times a week. We are all busy but it’s of the utmost importance to make time to honor yourself . Everyone calls it self care now right ? Well eating healthy and actually enjoying what you eat don’t have to be mutually exclusive. That’s one of the main reasons I started keto candy jar and why I continue to stay on a low carb diet . It’s something you can sustain for life because you don’t have to starve yourself or eat unappealing food. For my Sunday snack tray I had keto coconut clusters, my kcj peanut butter and chocolate peanut butter swirl fudge , some hot & spicy pork rinds (they’re super good with dip or queso too) , a sugar free pumpkin spice iced coffee and a pizzadilla (recipe is in my previous blog post) it sounds like a lot of food and yeah I won’t be able to eat all of it but it’s important to nurture your need for variety and to make sure you don’t feel deprived! So you can always wrap up what you don’t eat or share with loved ones and it’ll be there when you’re feelin snacky again. Love to you all ❤️
