LLVLC-Lunchtime low carb sandwich & latte
My new favorite sandwich is turkey with cheese, dill pickles, horsey sauce, mayo and mustard on keto bread! It’s sooooo good and definitely stays under 10 carbs! Today I’m having mine with pork rinds and dip on the side and a sugar free vanilla chai latte to drink!. This doesn’t taste like “diet” food and I don’t feel restricted, deprived or left feeling hungry. Happy new year and I hope you all are feeling healthy and optimistic.
